what you’ll do

Prepare project plans, track and monitor schedules and project budgets

Facilitate decision making, ensure transparency of decision protocols, outlines consequences and implications and ensure efficient communication flows

Leads cross-functional teams and motivates them to deliver the activities in high quality, as per agreed business targets

Drive a continuous improvement process – plan and introduce new tools & automation

Be the specialist link between the client and the team

Becoming the go-to expert on project requirements and timelines

Upgrade the quality of all processes within the team, communication with client, team & task management

basic requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in a technical domain, software engineering, or similar

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Digital Project Manager, project engineer or similar Customer- skills and experience

Coordination and communication skills

Good understanding of Software Architecture

Product Development

Concept Development

UI & UX Design understanding

Basic knowledge of Cloud services and scalable solutions

Very good English language skills, both written and spoken

Must be based in Germany
