what you’ll do
Brainstorm concepts with the creative team
Driving application innovation and integrating new technologies
Creating and refining product outlines, as well as developing prototypes
Demonstrating and testing prototypes and completed applications
Incorporating user feedback into IT solution designs
Documenting development processes, procedures, and application version histories
Keeping up with advancements in application design and new technologies
Work closely with our clients as well as designers, web developers and project managers
Facilitate decision making, ensure transparency of decision protocols, outline consequences and implications and ensure efficient communication flows

basic requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Creative Technologist (or similar IT management position)
Demonstrable industry knowledge
Advanced proficiency in dynamic languages, web frameworks, and multiple APIs
Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and optimising technical solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Superb collaboration and communication skills
Great organisational and time management skills
Exceptional ability to lead technological innovation
Many years of experience with responsive design in web development
Excellent style, a high affinity to digital topics and a high demand for innovation and perfectionism
Confident handling of common design tools: Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe CC (or comparable tools)
Knowledge of prototyping and agile tools (such as Asana, Zeplin or similar)
A good understanding of the possibilities and limitations of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Coordination, presentation / pitch and communication skills
Excellent understanding of Software Architecture

Very good German and English skills both written and spoken
Must be based in Germany
